What is HAMACHI?
Hamachi is a fish species indigenous to Japan. It has long been a favorite food of the Japanese people. It is characterized by a tender but firm texture and tasty fat that melts in your mouth. This tastiness reflects the commitment of artisans. The abundant quantities of DHA and EPA which are present in the fat, may reduce the risk of hypertension and coronary heart disease. Hamachi has a special taste found nowhere else but in the seas of Japan.

Japanese “Wagyu” is considered remarkable, not only because of its taste, but also because of its melting texture and unique sweet flavor. In particular, for Japanese Black beef with tender and juicy taste, a simple cooking procedure is good enough to appreciate its inherent flavor. In addition to Yakiniku (Japanese style barbeque), steak, and roast beef, you can taste Japanese Black beef even as Tataki (grilled beef served cold).
